Both institutions have reached this agreement, with the aim of facing the challenge of acquiring and retaining talent in companies in the agricultural sector, as well as generating quality employment. The agreement materialized last Friday, coinciding with the first class taught by professionals from Randstad in ISAM’s 2019 International Master in Agribusiness Management.
A month ago, ISAM launched its research area #ISAMresearch. In the first edition, it brought together the main directors of human resources in the sector to prepare a report that includes conclusions on trends in human resources policies within the agricultural sector of Andalusia and Murcia.

During the working day, one of the conclusions was that within the sector there are key jobs occupied by professionals in need of specific training, and companies are starting to demand it.
Randstad JOINS IN SCENE
Randstad Spain, at its Randstad Professional side, works to fill middle management positions and qualified professionals, combining their specialization by sectors and positions with our own selection methodology. The objective of this agreement is focused on facilitating the connection of the talent that goes through ISAM classrooms with the Randstad qualified employment exchange, in order to be able to cover responsible jobs with professionals prepared to anticipate the challenges that the Agro sector is facing.
